Shipping
After your purchase through our site, the consignment (as purchased by you) shall be shipped to you with 3 (three) days.
Returns
- You are expected to satisfy yourself of the quality of the product purchased by you through our site prior to purchase. If you receive the consignment in good physical and workable condition, you are not entitled to return the consignment only on the basis of the quality of the product.
- However, if you receive the consignment in a damaged condition, you must intimate the same to us within 1 hours of its receipt and return the same to us within 24 hours on the address provided in the site.
- Upon receipt of your returned consignment, we shall send you a fresh consignment within 3 days from the receipt.
Refunds
In case, for any reason whatsoever, you do-not receive the purchased item / consignment within 15 days of purchase, you shall intimate us and seek your refund. If your refund request is approved by us, within seven days of your refund request, your refund shall be processed and the amount paid by you shall be refunded in the account from which you made the payment.
